Kind by KG® was developed by leading Pilates instructor and fitness pioneer Katie Gray. 

Katie is renowned for her unique style of coaching and has established herself as one of the ‘go to’ PT’s in London for women. After years of personally experiencing the damaging effects of HIIT, Katie’s proven that lower impact doesn’t mean less results and trains her clients to believe in the power of kindness through movement.

Katie is determined to shape up the way women workout for the future, by moving in ways that are much kinder to the body.

Results that not only look good, but more importantly - feel good.
